Terms of service

1. Provider

Services are provided by ATL Media (“we”), the operator of atlmedia.se. Your written proposal or agreement, together with these terms, forms the contract.

2. Services

We provide SEO consulting, audits, strategy, content guidance and related digital marketing services as described in the agreed proposal. Deliverables and timelines are stated per engagement.

3. No ranking guarantees

Search engine results depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. We commit to transparent work, industry best practice and honest reporting.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in the proposal, excluding VAT where applicable. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

5. Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to the websites, tools and information needed, and you are responsible for implementing recommendations unless implementation is included in the scope.

6. Confidentiality and data

Both parties keep each other’s non-public information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
