This policy explains how ATL Media (“we”, “us”), the operator of atlmedia.se, processes personal data when you visit atlmedia.se, contact us or become a client. We process data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Maltese Data Protection Act.
1. What data we collect
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, website URL and the content of your message, when you email us or use the contact form (which opens your own email client; nothing is stored on this site).
- Client data: business contact details, contract and invoicing details, and access to analytics or search tools you grant us to deliver services.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses and request logs for security and to serve the site. See section 6.
- Cookies: only strictly necessary storage by default. See our cookie policy.

3. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by Maltese accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years).
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the business, such as our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), email provider, and accounting software, each bound by data processing agreements. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email alex@atlmedia.se. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), Malta, at idpc.org.mt, or with your local supervisory authority.
6. Hosting and third parties
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and uses Google Fonts loaded from Google’s servers, which means your browser sends an IP address to those providers when loading the site. We use no advertising pixels on this website.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client credentials and access are stored in encrypted password managers and revoked when an engagement ends.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date above.
